These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules of the game when you browse, shop, or vibe with us. By using our site, you’re agreeing to these Terms—no ifs, ands, or barks about it. 3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing Orders: When you hit “buy,” you’re offering to purchase. We can accept or reject it (e.g., out-of-stock items). Once we confirm, it’s a done deal.
  • Pricing: Prices are in USD, taxes included where applicable. We can change ‘em anytime, but you pay what’s listed at checkout.
  • Payment: We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). You’re responsible for valid payment info—declined cards mean no gear.
  • Shipping: We ship fast—check your order confirmation for tracking. Delays after we hand it off? That’s on the carrier, not us.

4. No Returns, No Refunds

All sales are final—no returns or refunds. Our fast fulfillment keeps costs low and gear flying to your pet. Check our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged/wrong items (replacements only, at our call). Read product details before buying—sizing or “not my pup’s style” isn’t our fix.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address and order details. Typos or last-minute “oops” aren’t on us to correct once it’s in motion.
  • Use: Gear’s for pets, not resale or commercial gigs unless we say otherwise.
  • Behavior: No spamming, hacking, or scraping our site. Play nice, or you’re out.

  • Ours: The Pet Peak name, logo, site design, and product pics are ours—don’t steal or copy without permission.
  • Yours: Got feedback or reviews? You give us a free, worldwide license to use them (e.g., on our site or socials).

  • As-Is: We aim for peak quality, but products are sold “as-is.” No warranties beyond what the law forces us to offer.
